No one has to ask who wouldn't stick around to say hello. Did he even need to include the tag? Not really. It's just a normal day in Villain land where he can't move past something that nags constantly in the back of his mind. Even more after Twice and his short conversation he hadn't been able to stop the thoughts. It was the reason he and Twice tried to never talk about what happened in September, neither of them wanted to remember for their own, various reasons. It just kept getting in the way in various ways for both.

Those ways had sponged their spiny fingers into his head and absorbed him in them enough that he had left things both for "Shouta" and Hizashi's respectfully just to make it stop niggling.

For Aizawa he left a simple lidded box with some cat tea bags, a mug and an impulse buy that maybe would help them measure the food for their tinier acquisitions.
